Zuzana Heinzov\u00e1 is an assistant professor of psychology at Matej Bel University in Slovakia. She is a member of the core team implementing service learning at MBU and a member of service learning project evaluation committees in national\n (Anga\u017eovan\u00e1 \u0161kola \/Engaged School, Slovakia, from 2020) and international (UNISERVITATE Global Award 2024) contexts. She has been a team member in the ERASMUS+ projects focused on service learning SLIHE and SLUSIK. Her research focuses\n on social and personal responsibility, trait emotional intelligence, emotional regulation, flexibility, and the impact of service learning on students\u2019 development. She is interested in the research project ‘Emotional flexibility\n – emotion regulation strategies in changing conditions as mental health protective factors’ and ERASMUS+ projects SLIDE.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
