Andrei T. Pârvan is actively involved in designing and leading educational, training, research management, and human capital development initiatives at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and the Center for Public Innovation. He holds academic qualifications in teaching, educational management, and policy, and earned a PhD in Economics with a focus on Roma educational attainment and dropout. With more than 25 years of experience, Andrei has a strong background in social entrepreneurship, democratic citizenship, and social research. His work focuses on building the capacity of communities and organizations in Romania and internationally, through collaborations with higher education institutions, NGOs, and the business sector..
